Privacy Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

At SySys, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our website users. We consider your data private and confidential and we will never disclose nonpublic personal information about you to any unaffiliated third parties, except as permitted or required by law.

This policy describes the information collected by sysys.com and how we use it. If you decide to no longer use our site or its services, we will adhere to the practices described here.

To respond to your inquiry, we may collect individually identifiable information that you choose to share with us, such as through our contact form. We will not share your personally identifiable information with any other third party unless we tell you otherwise or unless required by law.

How we use your information

Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described here depends on the information you provide through our contact form and what we collect through analytics, together with the context in which we collect it. Processing your information is in SySys Corp.'s legitimate and normal business interests, and SySys Corp. needs to comply with the law.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, and to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies.

Your rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. If you wish to know what personal information we hold about you, or want it removed from our systems, please contact us. In certain circumstances you have the right to access, update or delete the information we hold on you; the right of rectification; the right to object; the right of restriction; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent.

Under applicable law, individuals may also request erasure of their personal information (the "right to be forgotten"). The right is not absolute and applies only in certain situations. You may make a request using the contact information below.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the "Shine the Light" law, permits California residents to request a list of personal information, if any, disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information protected under that law to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Information transferred to the United States

SySys Corporation is headquartered in the United States, and information we collect from you is processed in the United States. The United States has not sought or received a finding of "adequacy" from the European Union or from other countries outside the United States. SySys Corporation collects and transfers personal information to the United States only with your consent, to perform on a contract with you (or in your interest), or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of SySys Corporation in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. We do not collect sensitive data (known as special categories of data in the European Union).

Log files and analytics

Like most websites, sysys.com uses standard log files. They record visitors' IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is not linked to anything personally identifiable and is used to analyze trends and administer the site.

We use Google Analytics to gather generic site usage trends. Information collected is used to evaluate site usage and improve our site and user experience.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site usage. For visitors in Europe, we ask for your consent first, and analytics stays off unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the "Analytics preferences" link in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser settings. We do not use cookies for advertising.

The site also stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us.

Children's information

We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in and monitor their children's online activity. sysys.com does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you think your child provided such information on our website, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remove it from our records.

Online privacy policy only

This policy applies only to our online activities and to information shared or collected through sysys.com. It does not apply to information collected offline or through other channels.

Consent

By using our website, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
